The Indoor Track Team opened their season at SUNY Cortland with the traditional kick-off Finger Lakes Invite.

Grace, Connor, and Conway finished out their season in style by competing at the State Championship Meet!

Both our teams ran exceptionally well at Sectionals! Grace Harkness, Connor Little, and Conway Mallory were our top place finishers and each qualified for the State Meet.

The 25th Annual Pumpkin Run is scheduled for Friday, October 27th. All CF Students (K-6) may participate in this One Mile Fun Run around the school grounds. Every participant will receive a goody bag full of snacks (including apples donated by Apple Hills), while the fastest boy and girl per grade level will also receive a large painted pumpkin decorated by the High School Art Club!

An under-the-lights-with-glow-sticks meet at Owego, with all of our athletes wearing Pink for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month… which also happened to be senior night.

The 71st Annual Baldwinsville Invite featured some of our best performances of the young season.

Despite the insanity of Warrior Hill, our runners had an excellent showing at the 55th Annual McDaniel-Baxter Invite.

Our 2023 Cross Country Season got off to an excellent start with our first 5K at Oneonta.

Sophomore Lauren Paske became only the second female thrower in CF Track History to win a Class Championship and was the highlight of the bitterly cold meet where twenty personal records were established.
