Dan Forbes Invite Harrier

Welcome back to school and the first week of our regular season!  The team has been building a tremendous training base throughout the summer and preseason.  We are excited to run in our first invite this weekend at Fortin Park!

Last week we traveled to Norwich for the Battle of Route 12.  The girls emerged victorious placing 8 girls in the top 12 and the boys had a strong second place finish.  Clara Little’s first place finish led the girls and Garrett Vail led a tight pack of boys.

Reminder to all athletes please bring multiple pairs of socks and plan on walking the course in different footwear than you are wearing for the race.  Please be here no later than 7:50 to get on the bus.  We will meet in the back of the high school by the high school math and social studies wing.  Note to spectators, it is not the best parking situation so be prepared for that to be a little bit of a hassle.
